Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing & merchant of record

Subscriptions are sold and billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal, reachable from the in-app Account page (Account → Manage billing). When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we’ll issue a full refund of your most recent payment.

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

All refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@aiworkoutbuddy.app with the email address on your account. We’ll review your request and coordinate the refund through Paddle.
