By creating an account or using Workout Buddy (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. You can sign in with Google or with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, and do not use it to harm others or violate any law.
4. Not medical or fitness advice
Workout guidance generated by the Service is informational only. It is not medical, fitness, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise program. You use generated guidance at your own risk.
5. Paid plans
The Service may introduce paid plans in the future. When it does, payments will be billed through a third-party payment provider, and any additional plan terms (pricing, billing period, renewal) will be shown before you subscribe.
6. “As is”; no warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
7. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.
